Woodmansee used the Philly Fall HS Challenge to once again prove that he is an elite off-ball threat. He was a wizard at cutting behind defender’s helmets or sweeping into open space along the crease for easy looks. When he was in-close, Woodmansee’s polished stick skills and ability to finish with either hand kept opposing goalies guessing all day. On Saturday Woodmansee also showed that he could initiate from the wing or X and then change directions multiple times as he charged to the net. Woodmansee sniped a couple Instagram worthy goals from GLE too. The relentlessness Woodmansee displayed on rides was impressive as well.
