Devito is an athletic, fleet footed and agile offensive prospect who can play at attack or midfield. With his speed and sharp change of direction moves, Devito thrives in transition as well as coming out of the box and then pushing the pace. In 6v6 action, Devito can initiate from anywhere in the offensive end. His quick first step as well as crafty spins and cutbacks make Devito difficult to defend 1v1. Once Devito gets his hands free, he will crank a shot while on the run. With his quick release, Devito only needs a sliver of space to fire on net. Devito’s poise and field vision make him a fantastic distributor too. He will patiently carry the ball deep into the box before delivering a precise dime to a teammate on the back post. Additionally, Devito has demonstrated that he can feed cutters from X.
