About Nick

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a physical Midfielder, strong in both left and right hands, and a fast and accurate shooter. I always give 120% on the field, like physicality, am able to use my size and speed to my advantage.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would say my personality is easy going, confident, gets along with others, empathetic, and a good team player.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I volunteer for Sunset Youth Lacrosse, trained Ref for Youth Lacrosse. I also participate in the MS Society - this organization is dear to my heart since my Aunt has been diagnosed.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a positive role model for the Sunset Youth Program. As a team leader, i was voted by my peers to be Team Captain for the Sunset High School lacrosse team. I am a dedicated and hard worker and extremely focused on my goals for playing college lacrosse. I am respectful to others on and off the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, Dyslexia. I was diagnosed in Kindergarten and had to complete a special 6 year reading program on top of my regular school day. I struggled not being able to keep up with the class always having bad grades and being bullied for not being able to read or spell. This taught me incredible patience, kindness, and perseverance which show in my personality.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that has a good academic program for Business Majors with competitive lacrosse. I am drawn to programs where I can continue to grow as a player, and contribute to a winning culture and a strong sense of community.
