A staple in the Pelicans’ lineup since he blew up as a freshman, Conway-Reppert finished his high school career in style with a championship and nine points in his final two games. After posting six assists in the Founders League semis against Taft, he put up 1g/2a while orchestrating the Loomis offense. He’s always been a gifted facilitator, but on Wednesday afternoon, I was incredibly impressed with his vision and ability to thread the needle with passes right on his teammates’ sticks. While he had a pair of helpers, he certainly could have had several more if his teammates had finished more of his looks. He scored a goal that helped Loomis put the game away early in the fourth quarter, finding the offside low corner on a set play. He had some big groundballs, and put the work in on the ride, too.
From where I sit, he’s raised his stock this spring. If Milki can stay healthy and adjust to the physicality of the college game, expect him to be a multi-year contributor for the Big Green and compete for significant PT as soon as he arrives on campus.

Milki Conway-Reppert was named to the All–New England Prep School Athletic Council as a junior & was the recipient of the Coaches Award for Loomis Chaffee in 2025. Milki served as a key contributor for the Founders League Champions, one of the best teams in the country. After missing the 2024 spring & summer due to injury, he returned with maturity, having already proven his production early by leading the Pelicans as a freshman with 30 goals & 34 assists (64 points). Conway-Reppert earned All–Founders League honors in 2023 & has continued to elevate his impact each season. A cerebral offensive player with a high lacrosse IQ, Milki flourishes in small-part offense, dazzling above or below the goal line as the primary facilitator. His vision allows him to skip the ball through defensive layers, stretching units with wing-to-wing movement & delivering no-look feeds that create clean, easy finishes. Conway-Reppert is truly two-handed, equally capable as a scorer or distributor, & relentless in the ride, consistently extending possessions through effort plays. His poise & ability to elevate those around him separate him from his peers. The Milk-Man is the highest-rated recruit to ever commit to the admissions process at Dartmouth & profiles as a program-changing offensive engine at the next level.

Despite missing all of the spring and summer due to injury, Conway-Reppert is very much a known commodity. After all, the Massachusetts native put up 30 goals and 34 assists for the Pelicans in 2023, a wildly impressive (and flat-out uncommon stat line) for a freshman in the New England prep school scene. The explosive lefty is incredibly two-handed and puts pressure on the opponent with the ball in his stick, but is equally proficient at working off-ball, creating his own shot, or finding the open man, in addition to getting after it in the riding game. Plus, he’s productive as an accurate mid-range shooter, too. Loomis had a banner year this past spring, and they could be even better next season once he’s back in the lineup.
