Scranton Prep’s 2025 season ended in the 2nd Round of the 2A state tournament and with that loss, the career of the program’s all-time leading scorer Brady Holmes (112 pts. in 2025) was over. Here in 2026, Lynett will be expected to help fill the scoring void left by that graduation. This gifted lefty Scranton commit should have no problem accomplishing that task. Lynett (47 G & 35 A in 2025) is an athletic, fleet-footed, and versatile prospect who can run at attack or midfield. Those assets, combined with his shifty moves, enable Lynett to thrive by pushing the rock in transition or coming out of the box. His ability to crank shots or distribute while running full speed is remarkable. In settled action, Lynett’s quick cuts and elusive stick maneuvers allow him to initiate from anywhere in the offensive end. Lynett is an especially patient dodger who will carry the ball until a high percentage opportunity arises for himself or a teammate. The combination of his field vision and precise passing means that Lynett is a dangerous feeder from X.
