Shifty and slippery, Luke Dessi Luke Dessi Luke Dessi 5'10" | A | Left Hand Horace Greeley | 2028 NY made his presence felt at the Best in Class Fall Showcase. The lefty attackman thrived both behind the cage and near the crease, showcasing his versatility as both a dodger and off-ball threat. Coming up from GLE, he was terrific at creating offense, scoring up the hashes, executing inside rolls, or threading feeds to open teammates.

Off the ball, Dessi proved to be a tough cover thanks to his awareness and constant movement, always positioning himself just out of sight of defenders. One of his most advanced plays came when he used subtle hitches to bypass an open 12-yard look and work for an even higher-quality shot — a sign of maturity beyond his years. With his IQ, patience, and creativity, Dessi projects as a polished offensive weapon in the 2028 class.
