On defense, Lickers did an excellent job of coming out of the box and slowing down or stopping Hill School’s transition opportunities. In settled action, Cleland was a menacing on-ball presence. This available 2027 relentlessly pursued ball carriers on the perimeter and caused turnovers with crafty pokes as well as powerful stick checks. His scoop and go ground ball skills produced several fast break opportunities for Hill Academy. Cleland was a plus player on the face wing too.
