Honorable Mention All-State, scoring 50 goals and dishing out 38 assists while playing all over the field. Whalen was a significant part of the Darby offense this season, using his athleticism and his right or left hand to impact games and dismantle opposing defenses. He has a fast release on shots and good placement, Whalen also does a nice job of recognizing where the slide will be coming from and generating looks because of it.
