On Tuesday, Todd again thrived on the big stage as he posted two goals as well as an assist in their 2A semifinal loss to Mars. Todd’s first goal in this contest was the result of an extraordinary individual effort. That scoring play came off a restart on which Todd initiated from the corner, executed a nasty spin move to separate from his defender, and then pushed up the hash marks. As he crossed the 20-yard line, Todd jumped and cranked a lefty overhand shot into the far side top corner.
