Gattie Jr., a highly skilled lefty, is a consistent offensive producer with a knack for making defenses pay. He excels at exploiting poor approaches and defensive miscues, and when the first look isn’t there, he’s great at creating opportunities off the re-dodge. While he’s not the fastest player off the end line, he consistently gets up the hash when attacking from below GLE and finds ways to slip underneath defenders when initiating up top. Gattie’s standout vision allows him to be a decisive, precise passer who facilitates the offense while limiting turnovers and keeping the ball moving efficiently. After getting his feet wet on varsity last year, he looks primed to take on a bigger role as a junior for the Admirals.
