Another star for the Indians who stepped up again on the big stage, he held Garden City’s top attackman, Andrew Ottomanelli Andrew Ottomanelli 6'3" | 175 lbs | A | Left Hand Garden City | 2024 NY , in check. He limited him to just one goal, which came on an extra man opportunity. Mulholland’s physicality and takeaway abilities are very impressive. In the third quarter, he had a great show toward X but was able to sprint back to Ottomanelli. He had a great breakdown and was ready for him to spin back to his left, where he was able to land a check to knock the ball out of his stick. His off-ball defense was also great. On the very next possession, Mulholland disrupted passing lanes and deflected a skip pass that would’ve given Garden City a golden opportunity on offense. Mulholland then had an amazing stretch to end the game. He would make multiple disruptive plays in the fourth quarter including a successfully timed trail check to keep Garden City off the scoreboard. For a third straight season, Mulholland has elevated his game when it matters most.
