Jack Iannantuono
About Jack
Expert Analysis
Ty Xanders | Prep Lacrosse Scout
As quick and sudden as can be, Iannantuono has some of the best footwork and change of direction in the entire class. He’s been fighting through a nagging lower-body injury sustained in early March, though at times, it’s been hard to tell anything’s bothering him. Dancing past defensemen at X, he rarely turns the ball over and bounces off contact on his way to the rack. He’s also an outstanding shooter, and probably doesn’t get enough credit for that area of his game. However, he’s at his best as a feeder, and has the innate ability to throw guys open. Iannantuono constantly factors into the riding game as well, showing relentless effort and tenacity while attempting to win the ball back.

Able to consistently stack up points every time he steps on the field, Iannantuono had a stellar spring for the Crusaders, and the summer has been no different. He’s certainly not the biggest, but he’s super bouncy as a dodger and can make plays under duress while dealing with physicality. On top of that, he’s dangerous as both a feeder and a goal-scorer. Blessed with elite vision, Iannantuono played setup man and tossed precise feeds to cutting teammates. He had a ton of success putting the ball in the back of the net, showcasing his snappy release and finishing with nine goals to wind up as the fourth-leading goal scorer in the Highlight Division.
