The first two items that popped about Flesher was imposing size and large wingspan. Last Sunday, those assets combined with his polished footwork and active stick, to create a smothering on-ball defender. Flesher’s ability to turn an offensive player multiple times was impressive. His crafty stick checks and pokes applied constant pressure on ball carrier’s hands. Flesher also proved to be a top-flight team defender whose slides and double teams were on point. On a couple of possessions, Flesher knocked down or intercepted ill-advised passes. Flesher is committed to RPI, and it’s obvious the Engineers landed a gem in this multi-skilled pole.
