The Stillwater attackman is the best off-ball player of the group. He has a knack for finding the soft spot in the defense and getting to areas where he can catch & score when he gets a feed. In addition to his off-ball play, Giese is a shifty, skilled player who can weave his way through traffic and get to the net. Last year, he had 36 points (27g, 9a) for the Ponies, good for 3rd best on his squad. I’m anticipating him taking on more of a role in the offense with the graduation of the top two producers.
