The first item that pops about Ciambrone’s game is his extraordinary ground ball skills. In open space or in traffic, Ciambrone does a fantastic job of locking in on the rock and then using his crafty stick skills to execute a clean pick up. Once he has secured possession, Ciambrone owns the speed as well as cut back skills to clear the ball and then push the fast break. In settled action, Ciambrone excels at dodging from up top for goals or assists on the run. This talented righty owns a host of moves he can use to shake the initial defender and get his hands free for a shot. He ability to get downhill and then slam on the breaks for a rip from 10-15 yards out is especially impressive. Ciambrone is a dangerous catch and fire step down shooter too.
