Last spring went well for Baur, as he was named an All-American, First Team All-State in Division II, and Region 7’s Player of the Year. A two-sport athlete who also plays football, he’s athletic enough to make plays outside of the cage, and he has great reflexes, punching out to stop shots. He has an energetic step, uses his body well, is patient while players are dodging, and has good vision when clearing the ball.
