Devon Prep is well known as a basketball and baseball school, but lately, the Tide lacrosse program is making a solid push toward SEPA relevancy. In 2023, the swift and skilled Donovan did his part to continue that trend. He scored 54 goals and handed out 29 assists while helping DP to a 2nd-place finish in the District 12-2A tournament. With his length, speed, and high IQ, Donovan thrives in the open field. When he gets downhill, Donovan can snipe corners or draw a defender and then pass the ball to an open teammate. In settled action, he is a creative distributor and a threat to pull the trigger from 15-18 yards out. The versatile Donovan has displayed the ability to play respectable defense as well. After the 2023 season, Donovan was a First Team All-Philadelphia Catholic League selection.
