The first item that pops about Wayock is his lethal catch and fire skill set. Whether he is standing still or on the move, Wayock’s polished stick skills, quick release and accurate shot enable him to receive a pass and then swiftly crank a shot into the back of the net. Wayock is capable of firing from multiple angles which keeps goalies guessing. He is effective at finishing via jump shots too. Wayock’s off-ball cuts, drifts and pops often produce clean catch and shoot opportunities. When he initiates, Wayock will use a split dodge or stutter step to blow past his defender, get downhill and then shoot or distribute on the run. Wayock’s speed and non-stop motor make him a plus player in the ride game.
