Weber is an athletic midfielder with length, a solid frame, and a well-rounded skill set. In 6v6 action, Weber owns enough speed and shake that he can get past his initial defender to create for himself or teammates. Or Weber can use his solid frame to bully defenders until he decides to fire on net or distribute. Weber is especially dangerous when he initiates from up top because he is able to dodge going to his left or right and shoot with either hand. This crafty midfielder owns a nice repertoire of spins and rollbacks that he can execute in traffic to get his hands free. His perimeter shooting must be respected, too, as Weber will fire powerful overhands and sidearms from anywhere on the field. Plus, Weber has demonstrated that he is capable of coming out of the box, receiving a clearing pass, and then pushing the odd man break.
