What stood out most about Ross was his size in the goal and his communication with the other defensive players. He takes up a lot of net, has nice positioning on shots, and uses fast hands to punch out and grab the ball. The lefty also had a nice arm on clears; Ross had no problem throwing the ball to the offensive zone.
