About Brady

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to play fast, but smart, and take what a defense gives me. I have a high lacrosse IQ, and sense plays developing before they happen, and always play with my head up.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I believe in unselfish lacrosse and play with a team first mentality. I'd rather make the smart play over making poor decisions or taking unnecessary risks that hurt the team.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am Team Captain with Safe Rides (leading a team of 8), a program that provides Wilton HS students safe options for getting home on weekends. I am also a member of the Bronx Lacrosse club at Wilton HS, and we help plan/coordinate fundraising for the Bronx Lacrosse program in New York.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Having been selected as a captain as a junior for Wilton's Safe Rides program has put me in a position to be an organizer, a leader and a voice for my team within a very important volunteer program at our High School.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I play with a chip on my shoulder as I've always been one of the smaller players on my team throughout my youth. Being undersized required me to focus on the things that I could control, like my lax IQ, my stick skills, my change of direction and speed when dodging, my vision and passing abilities to help our team score, and my off-ball play to be a threat without the ball in my stick.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to play for a coach that values my skill set and style of play.
