About Alec

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My play style is fast paced and smart. I want to push the myself and the team to move the ball but do it in controlled way. As an LSM, I want to get the ball in our offense's hands. On defense I want to make sure that I am in a position to keep the ball out and create turnovers.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very focused, team oriented player. I consider myself kind, hard-working and a loyal friend. I am very open to new challenges and opportunities. As a dual citizen I was able to try out and make the Irish National Men's lacrosse team and look forward to competing against players from all over the world.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a multi-sport athlete (I play soccer for my high school as well). I know how to balance sports and school. I was chosen as our team chaplain and was very happy to have that role on the team. I also do volunteer work for school, such as Wreaths Across American and veteran services.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that can give me a wide variety of opportunities. I want a school that I can balance playing lacrosse and focus on my studies.
