Over the weekend this St. Mary’s College of Maryland (D3) commit impressed with his elite ground ball skills. The trifecta of Lamb’s quick reactions, polished stick skills and nose for the ball produced numerous clean GB pickups. When the ball was on the turf in traffic, Lamb skillfully used his feet or hockey’d the ball into open space and then scooped up the ground ball. As a defender, Lamb excelled in 1v1 situations. He used well-time lifts and pokes as well as a can opener or two to create turnovers. The St. Mary’s will love Lamb’s speed and ability to track ball carriers on the perimeter.
