I’ve been immersed in the game of lacrosse for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Yorktown, New York, I picked up a stick in kindergarten and never looked back. I played high school lacrosse at Trinity-Pawling, competing in the highly competitive Founders League, the premier boarding school league in New England. There, I honed my understanding of the game’s fundamentals while competing against some of the nation’s best talent. I continued my lacrosse journey at Sewanee: The University of the South, where I graduated in 2024. During my time with the Tigers, I helped lead the team to capture the 2022 Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Conference Championship, earning a spot in the NCAA Tournament. We had the honor of hosting and winning a game in the tournament, experiencing the sport on a national stage. In addition to playing, I’ve been dedicated to coaching and developing the next generation of players. Since 2017, I’ve coached for Express North Lacrosse Club, working with athletes of all ages to improve their skills, increase their lacrosse IQ, and prepare them for the recruiting process. As a writer and scout for Prep Lacrosse for the past year, I combine my on-field experience with a journalist’s eye for detail, producing player evaluations, team profiles, and tournament coverage that help athletes gain visibility and advance to the next level. My lifelong passion for the game drives everything I do, whether it’s breaking down game film, interviewing coaches, or spotlighting the sport’s rising stars.
