Born in Baltimore, Braeden has been playing lacrosse his entire life. Starting on the club circuit playing for FCA, he then went on to play for national power Calvert Hall. He is now an attack man for Washington College in the Centennial Conference. Along with playing and writing, Braeden also does personal training for youth players in the Baltimore area.
