Meehan is a versatile midfield prospect who possesses intimidating size, breakaway speed, and polished stick skills. That list of assets allows Meehan to impact every facet of the game. On offense, Meehan can initiate from up to and blow past or run over his defender. Once he reaches open space, Meehan can score or distribute on the run. Meehan’s ability to dodge going to his left as well as his right makes him difficult to defend 1-on-1. Additionally, Meehan can initiate from the wing, cook his defender, and then sweep across the top of the opposing defense for a crank on the run.
