Grosso has put up huge numbers for the Cougars, helping them navigate through the North Jersey Group 3 bracket with ease. He’s put up five goals and an assist in the quarterfinals and semifinals as the Cougars continue to fight for their first state sectional title since 2023. The Quinnipiac commit does a great job of putting himself in effective spots on the field to generate high-percentage looks and stays active off-ball, making hard cuts to get free. Grosso has been a steady force for Chatham with 24 goals and 13 assists on the year in a loaded offense with a lot of firepower, but with Boyd, Gibney, and Lagunowich garnering a lot of attention, Grosso has been crafty in his approach and continues to find the back of the net.
