He put on an incredible performance last Wednesday, playing well in both the goalie competition and the All-Star Game itself. He ended up winning the goalie competition, showcasing his mobility and twitchiness between the pipes. I also like how he positions himself and takes away angles. He had more than a few highlight-reel stops during the game, including a couple of stuffs on the doorstep. It was great to see from him, and it looks like he’s currently taking a big step forward. If you’re a college coach, keep him on your radar.

He is also one of the stronger communicators in the cage in Las Vegas, consistently directing traffic and helping keep his defense organized. Peterson’s leadership and steady presence were key assets for his squad. He will be running with Westward and GWB Pacific this summer, making him a prospect worth checking out for college coaches looking to evaluate talent on the recruiting circuit.
