Evan Walton is a dynamic defender from St. Albans who stands out as one of the most athletic players on the Next Level 2028 team. He plays with elite speed and urgency, routinely beating both teammates and opponents to loose balls and turning ground-ball situations into immediate advantages. Walton’s quickness is paired with a strong base and excellent footwork, allowing him to hold his ground and win battles around GLE. His athleticism makes him especially valuable in transition, where he consistently pushes tempo and creates clean clearing opportunities. This fall, he was responsible for several timely clears that helped the team in transition and created fast-break opportunities. Walton’s speed, effort, and impact in unsettled situations makes him a key piece of the defensive unit.
