Physical and intimidating: those were the first words that came to mind watching Leon Yoo at the IL ID Experience. Every part of his game reflects that description. He's the type of defender who makes attackmen go home with bruises after enduring his relentless slap checks and aggressive approach. When he slides or joins double teams, he brings controlled chaos—throwing violent checks with such force that it wouldn't be surprising if he's snapped a few shafts along the way.

Yoo plays with a level of confidence that jumps off the field. He trusts his stick in the clearing game and isn't afraid to let it rip in transition. Given his size, physicality, and fearless play style, it's surprising that Yoo remains uncommitted—he has the makeup of a defender who could thrive at the Division I level.

Some programs may overlook Will Koskinas because he's not a towering 6-foot-plus defender—but his game is every bit as imposing. Fundamentally sound with exceptional footwork, he plays with a physical edge and confidence that make him a tough matchup. On-ball, he's aggressive and disciplined, ready to take the ball away the moment an attackman leaves his stick exposed.

Off-ball, Koskinas positions himself well for timely approaches and executes them with precision. His ground game is another standout trait—he consistently comes up with loose balls and shows awareness in chaos, either goosing it to himself or moving it cleanly to a teammate. With his toughness, footwork, and ball control, Koskinas plays bigger than his frame and brings the kind of reliability every college defense needs.

Payton Green proved to be one of the more versatile defenders at the IL ID Experience and should be on the radar for coaches looking for a flexible, athletic option on the defensive end. He showed the ability to play close, run LSM, and even pick up a short stick when needed—bringing value in multiple roles.

Green's athleticism and fundamentals consistently stood out. Off-ball, he maintained a strong stance that set him up for clean approaches and efficient footwork. He was quick to groundballs in every zone and displayed reliable stickwork in transition. If he continues to add strength to his frame, Green has the tools and versatility to become a dependable multi-role defender at the next level.

Connor Ganschow made a strong impression at the IL ID Experience, standing out for his transition play and off-ball IQ. The offensive midfielder has an excellent feel for timing his cuts, consistently slipping behind defenders who lose track of him—both in settled sets and during unsettled situations. He's fearless around the crease, willing to dive into dangerous areas to create scoring chances.

With the ball in his stick, Ganschow shows great instincts and poise. He's comfortable dodging into the paint, using his body well to protect his stick, and when he works from behind the cage, he attacks up the hashes with confidence. His vision also stands out, as he frequently finds cutters and open teammates in stride. Ganschow's blend of IQ, timing, and fearlessness makes him an intriguing offensive piece for college coaches to keep on their radar.

Kellar Hinkson made his presence felt on both sides of the field at the IL ID Experience. At 5'9", he packs a punch defensively—playing with quick feet, heavy crosschecks, and the confidence to serve as a one-man clear when needed. His athleticism and edge stood out every time he was between the lines.

On the offensive end, Hinkson showcased his full scoring range. He posted a hat trick against the Tide, capitalizing on timely cuts and quick finishes around the crease. The most impressive part of his game, though, is his ability to initiate and create off the dodge. He changes direction sharply, shoots on the run with either hand, and has the vision to feed through slides. Hinkson's versatility, toughness, and balanced production make him one of the more complete two-way prospects still on the board.
