Horning was all over the place throughout the entire game despite not scoring until the fourth quarter. He was a key part of the Hoyas’ ride that was a major difference maker on Tuesday. He eventually finished the game with a hat trick, scoring three out of the Hoyas’ last four goals where he showed his gamesmanship. His first goal was a crease dive that silenced a 5-0 Bulldog run, his second was a face dodge to a low-to-low outside rip from the high wing, and his third was a speed dodge from behind the cage. The lefty attackman can change direction on a dime with his elite start and stop ability, but showed on Tuesday how creative he can change planes as a shooter after Bullis goalie
