Formerly a Class of 2026 prospect at Catholic Memorial, Franzen put the ISL on notice in his first year at Tabor, racking up 57 goals and six assists for the conference runner-up. Now regarded as one of the premier off-ball lefty scorers, he’s expected to land at a high-end destination in the coming weeks. Franzen thrives within 10 yards of the cage, boasting excellent hands, and a diverse arsenal of release points and deception. Constantly keeping his feet moving, he’s a sneaky cutter who times his moves to perfection, often waiting until he sees the back of a defender’s helmet to strike. While best known as a finisher, he’s also beyond capable as a dodger when the opportunities are there.
