Broncos on the loose; Let’s discuss

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>New York's Section 1, Class D Division, Bronxville High School boys' varsity lacrosse team currently have a12-7 record. The Broncos carry strong players on both ends of the field, allowing them to tear through the Northeast. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With a few hiccups in the early weeks, the boys found their footing in mid-April. Goaltender [player_tooltip player_id='128542' first='Tanner' last='Vaughey'] held John Jay at bay and ultimately scoreless for three quarters. Freeman also tallied 10/13 face-off wins during one regulation of play in that very same game. Throughout the season, Freeman and Nick Martinelli have racked up over 100th career points while wearing the Bronco uniform. These individual stats are what lead to memorable team highs, which couldn't be done without strong leadership and discipline. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The most notable Bronxville game thus far was on May 5th when the Broncos took down Irvington 18-6. Harry Bacigalupo put up five goals and had two assists on the day. Theo McMurray and Thomas Freeman trailed him, each ripping four into the back of the net and having notable assists as well. He is an offensive weapon that puts up points in high-stress situations. It doesn't matter if he is executing a fast break as soon as he scoops the ball from the face-off or if he is settling down for a play; he can do it all.
