His ability to promptly get a shot off allows him to find a lot of openings. Even if you get a stick on his hands, he finds a way to get the ball out. Voinovich plays with tenacity and maintains a quick pace when he plays. He rides the ball fiercely, and when he causes a turnover, he works hard to regain possession of the ball. Voinovich positions himself well and uses his athleticism to force defensive slides, it also enables him to make slick plays off-ball. Overall, he is a challenging player to cover and plays hard from whistle to whistle.
