While Columbia had a down year, Wolpov was one of the bright spots for the Cougars, finishing his season with 25 goals and 32 assists. Paired up with fellow ’26 attackmen Gabe O’Brien (39 goals), these two worked very well together in this offense and fed off of each other’s energy. Wolpov has the size, strength, and skill to affect the game in a multitude of ways and does so with a smooth dodging style, good vision, and selfless play. When dodging from X, the South Orange native is fluid with the stick in either hand and does a good job of using his frame to shield defenders’ checks and then either spin to an inside roll or turn the corner. He also keeps his head up and has shown precision passing skills whether at X or on a man-up opportunity.
