Recently this long and athletic midfielder tortured opponents with his well-rounded offensive skill set. Over the last few weeks, Collard proved he could get downhill for the wing or up top and then rip a shot into the back of the net while on the move. Collard's ability to vary his shooting angles and fire with either hand on those runs kept goalies guessing all fall. When opposing defenders slid early to Collard, he smartly moved the ball to an open teammate. Collard's step-down shooting proved to be a legitimate weapon too. In a number of games, Collard demonstrated that he could hustle back on defense and play a physical brand of SSDM.

Restino (67 goals in 2025) iscommitted to Stony Brook University and from what we saw this fall, the Sea Wolves landed a gem of a prospect. The extremely aggressive style and creative offensive mind Restino displayed in recent weeks was impressive. Restino's quick first step, elusive change of direction moves, and filthy finishing skills made him impossible to defend 1v1. Restino was especially lethal when he initiated from X. His ability to run through contact enabled Restino to split double teams and then make a dash to the front of the cage for a scoring opportunity in close. Restino also defeated double team attempts by recognizing that scheme early and then quickly moving the ball to an open teammate. As a bonus to his skills, Restino played with a grit and energy that the Stony Brook coaching staff should be psyched about.

The first item that popped about Riney this fall was his knack for creating turnovers with well-timed stick checks, pokes, and lifts. Riney showed that he is a poised LSM / close defender who can stay glued to a ball carrier and patiently wait for the right opportunity to strike. Once the offensive player gave Riney an opening, the ball quickly ended up on the turf. Riney's ground ball skills also turned heads. On the perimeter, in traffic and on the face-off wing, Riney was quick to locate the rock and then use his crafty stick skills to secure possession. Riney's speed and cut back moves then enabled him to clear the ball. Riney flashed the ability to drop down low and played close defense at a high-level too.

During fall ball action, Springer proved that he is an extraordinary on-ball menace at SSDM. He showcased a physical brand of SSDM, getting into ball carriers early by taking the body or via heavy stick checks. His non-stop motor and quick lateral movements allowed Springer to relentlessly pursue opposing offensive players. Once Springer had caused a turnover, he swiftly pounced on the ground ball and then sprinted out of the defensive end. His ability to pick up GBs in traffic was especially impressive. In transition the athletic and agile Springer pushed the ball deep into the offensive end and then cranked a shot or distributed to an open teammate. College coaches will love the high IQ and quick reaction time Springer showed on his slides and recoveries.

Over the last few weeks, this long and wiry face off specialist displayed fast hands as well as textbook mechanics. That combination of assets enabled Sullivan to execute clean pick-n-pops. Then Sullivan's long strides carried him down field in a flash. His lengthy wingspan allowed Sullivan to maneuver through traffic with his stick held in just one hand. Once he was inside the restraining line, Sullivan did a fantastic job of quickly determining whether to shoot or to dish to a teammate. When action at the dot bogged down, Sullivan proved he owns the athleticism and physicality to grind it out, then emerge with the ball.
