On August 28, we released the Class of 2027 Top 100, with nearly every player having received at least one evaluation block from a Prep Lacrosse scout. Over the next two days, we'll roll out evals for the remaining players, starting with the attackmen and middies today:

Impressing Prep Lacrosse scouts at NAL, Naptown, and elsewhere, Adams has tremendous upside as a top-end Division I recruit. One of the most talented and two-handed shooters in the class, he can absolutely hammer the ball and is armed with a nasty release out of his rollback that goalies struggle to pick up. With his size and athleticism, Adams can create his own shot at will due to his size and athleticism, and he does an awesome job of varying his release points and placement once he gets his hands free. He's hard-nosed and bounces off contact, and even when covered well, he has the hands and wherewithal to generate quality looks. He piled up 79 goals and 22 assists as a sophomore, so the production backs it up, and it's safe to assume his phone has been active since 9/1.

Few 2027s were as productive as Fagan this past season, as the Mountain Lake standout racked up a ridiculous 48 goals and 52 assists as a sophomore — his spring highlight tape is worth a watch. Fearless and confident attacking poles, he's extremely crafty with the ball in his stick and keeps goalies on their toes with a series of moves. Beyond his dodging ability, Fagan is a dangerous shooter from the wing with a quick, snappy release. He's formidable with either hand and has the creativity to finish under pressure with poise, often making it look effortless. At 6'4 and 180 pounds, he's already physically imposing and will only add more muscle once he commits himself to the weight room.

Formerly a Class of 2026 prospect at Catholic Memorial, Franzen put the ISL on notice in his first year at Tabor, racking up 57 goals and six assists for the conference runner-up. Now regarded as one of the premier off-ball lefty scorers, he's expected to land at a high-end destination in the coming weeks. Franzen thrives within 10 yards of the cage, boasting excellent hands, and a diverse arsenal of release points and deception. Constantly keeping his feet moving, he's a sneaky cutter who times his moves to perfection, often waiting until he sees the back of a defender's helmet to strike. While best known as a finisher, he's also beyond capable as a dodger when the opportunities are there.

Ramos committed to Joe Alberici and Army just after midnight on July 1 — the first day service academies can contact rising juniors — and looks like a perfect fit for the Black Knights' program. Undersized yet sturdy, Ramos consistently plays bigger than his frame and never hesitates to initiate contact against larger defenders. He throws his body around in the riding game, relentlessly hounding opponents to the midline with tenacity. As a dodger, he creates his own offense, attacking matchups with aggression and fearlessness while frequently using deception to his advantage. Just as dangerous as a feeder, Ramos is a savvy passer who delivers skip and spot feeds with creativity and flair. Simply put, Ramos is always applying pressure to defenses — and he's a lot of fun to watch.

An exceptionally skilled shooter, Wetherup spent his summer playing Jr. A box for the Whitby Warriors, posting 26 goals and 25 assists in 37 games. While players with that background can sometimes fly under the radar compared to Canadians who play field all summer, Wetherup is far from an unknown, having shined for Hill Academy while running out of the box this spring. Dangerous when paired with someone who can get him the ball, he's known for picking up tough ground balls in the offensive zone, and also shows his toughness when absorbing checks and body blows on his way to the rack. With his shooting prowess, he's confident from low angles and needs only the smallest sliver to score.
