The historic 2025 high school season in Kentucky is in the books. It was the Trinity Shamrocks who hoisted the trophy as champions in late May, having defeated South Oldham 12-8 in the inaugural KHSAA title game.

With the spring season in the books, let's take a look back at the season that was starting off here with the top five senior offensive standouts.

Bryant will be heading to Fairfield in the fall to continue his lacrosse career for the Stags. The midfielder ended his high school career on a high note, being among the leaders on offense for a Trinity team that captured the inaugural KHSAA crown. Bryant led the state in goals with 82 while being second in points with 119. He dished out 37 assists in addition to his scoring exploits.

Throughout his high school career and especially during the 2025 season, Bryant showcased a special skillset as a dodger as he routinely showed his ability to beat his man and got his hands free. He was an especially strong threat when operating from that traditional midfield spot up top and coming downhill.

Heading to Lynn in the fall, Hollister ended the year sitting right behind his teammate [player_tooltip player_id='20799' first='Logan' last='Bryant'] as second in the state in goals and third in overall points. The attackman racked up a total of 106 points off 76 goals and 30 assists this past spring. He was especially strong in the state tournament, scoring 17 goals through those four tournament games. He led the Shamrocks with five in the championship game.

Hollister has routinely shown to be an exceptional off-ball player, moving well and getting himself into spots where he has chances to score. He has only improved as a passer and feeder over the past few seasons.

Ballard lacrosse has been fairly strong over the past few seasons, winning 25 games through 2024 and 2025. Risinger was a big piece of the Bruins' success, leading the way as the team's most dominant ball-carrier, dodger, and scorer. Having good speed and not afraid of contact, Risinger netted 65 goals and dished out 37 assists for 102 points this past spring.

Another piece who made up Ballard's strong offensive core the past few seasons, Leachman has thrived and made much headway in that traditional 'X' attackman role. While not the biggest, Leachman can still get it done with quickness, willingness to embrace contact, and overall hustle. Heading to Lincoln Memorial in the fall, Leachman was second in the state with 47 assists this past spring. He also scored 56 goals for a total of 103 points.

McMahon made a big jump as a senior while helping to lead Woodford County to a final four appearance. A versatile attackman with a strong scoring ability, he ended the year with 94 points off 57 goals and 37 assists.
