Since he began his varsity career at Irondequoit in 8th grade, Moore has been listed atop of opponent's scouting reports. Moore possesses an elite ability to generate offense in a variety of ways. With the ball in his stick, Moore is capable of threatening a defense using both hands. Force him right, he will beat you left. Force him underneath, he will gladly finish in tight. Moore's ability off-ball is what truly sets him apart. If you lose track of him, he will find a soft spot in the defense and make you pay.

One of the many traditions of the Penn Yan Academy lacrosse program is to churn out talented two-way midfielders. Fingar keeps that tradition alive and will be a coveted piece to a college's recruiting class. The 1st Team All-Section player put up 54 points this past season. But the stats that don't get tracked are what make Fingar special. His tenacity on defense and in between the boxes force his coaches to leave him on the field for all situations.

To win a state championship in New York State, you need a talented player taking face-offs. That is exactly what McQuaid has in Giangreco. Giangreco surely will join the list of Section V's elite faceoff talent to come through in the past ten years. Giangreco also possesses the ability to play early offense at a high-caliber level. He showcased that early offense ability of course scoring the game-winner in overtime in the state championship game.

At a program like Victor, it can be easy to fly under the radar for a few years and then burst onto the scene. That is the track Langan has taken until this year. Langan was among the leaders in the section in takeaway checks and in groundballs. He is a very sound positional defender who doesn't get carried away with his checks but is patient until the time is right. As he continues to develop, he will become even more of a threat in transition. In the state championship game, Langan scored two goals in a tough OT loss.

The section's leader in goals surely will have his options abound come September. Auriuso used his size to become a dominant scoring machine leading Aquinas to a sectional championship this year. He put up a whopping 89 goals and tallied an additional 39 assists. Keep an eye out for him to continue developing and dominating the high school ranks before continuing it at the next level.
